The Geotoura hotel concept

Choosing a hotel toour programme, it is not only a high standard of quality that is important to us. We prefer typical local accommodation, often boutique hotels with a special ambience. They emphasise the character of an individual trip: Panoramic views, particularly lovely furnishings, a location in historic centres, no mass tourism and, of course, exceptionally friendly hosts – these are important criteria for us.

We categorise our hotels into four separate Geotoura categories. Of course, you have a choice from place to place and can also combine categories on a trip.

Encantador („Charming“)

Our most economical option. However, the rooms are always lovingly furnished and offer everything the discerning traveller expects.

Especial („Special“)

Hotels with a special ambience – historic palaces, monasteries, haciendas or beach hotels with exceptional charm. Perfect for a classic cultural tour.

Extraordinario („Extraordinary“)

Luxurious hotels in excellent locations and with the highest level of comfort, often in centuries-old aristocratic palaces, old oil mills or haciendas.

Luna de Miel („Honeymoon“)

For your honeymoon – or if you want to treat yourself to something unique.

Of course you can choose rooms in different categories when travelling – for example in Catania ‘Encantador’ and in Cefalu ‘Especial’. If the rooms in the higher category are only slightly more expensive, we will suggest the higher category.

Please note: It often happens that we categorise rooms in a hotel into different categories. For example, our hotel experts rate a standard room as ‘Encantador’ and a superior room as ‘Especial’
