For me, travelling in September, October or even November means pure enjoyment. I simply love the warm light of the autumn sun, whether it’s shining over the vineyards of Tuscany or the La Rioja region, or over the lush green meadows of Ireland’s national parks. In September, the Emerald Isle not only attracts visitors with its beautiful nature, but also with two culinary highlights: Arthur’s Day, when the birthday of Arthur Guinness is celebrated in the pubs and the famous brewery in Dublin. And the Oyster & Seafood Festival in Galway. There is hardly a more authentic way to immerse yourself in Ireland’s joie de vivre and culinary delights.

The Organic Farm Resort Fontes Episcopi will remain a special memory for us. We were particularly well looked after and spoilt with culinary delights. The location and facilities of the former country house are unique. The hire car was big enough for our group (6 people) so that we could travel comfortably with our luggage.
